New Vonk Article: "Eye-catcher on the Scheveningen Boulevard"
Overhanging Ship The design consists of a base with an overhanging “ship” on top. From the new control center, maritime traffic is managed, and the bridges, tunnels, and bollards in The Hague are operated, including the new Victory Boogie Woogie Tunnel of the Rotterdamsebaan. The building is composed of three parts. The parking area for motor vehicles is at quay level. The two smaller floors above house the technical components of the control center.
