Study Tour August 2027 Info and Application

As you might have heard, Scintilla is planning to go on a Study Tour again in August of 2027. We will visit a lot of interesting companies, universities, and cultural sites in a foreign country during the study tour. Leading up to this is a year of preparation where each participant takes part in organizing the study tour and doing case work for companies to fund it, which leads to a lot of working experience.

What is a Study Tour?

A Study Tour is a trip of approximately 22-23 days to explore a foreign country and see more than just tourist attractions. The tour is filled with company visits, visits to universities and cultural activities. As a participant you arrange funding through casework & sponsoring, and you organize the tour through committee work.

During the trip and the year leading up to it you gain experience with organizing a big international trip, working together in a big group of students, working for companies, and new cultures & work environments.

Destination

The destination will be South-Korea and Taiwan, the details of which cities are visited and which activities are done is determined by the participants themselves.
